PSV Eindhoven will face competition from Rangers to sign Couhaib Driouech as Philippe Clement’s side have joined the race for the Excelsior Rotterdam star.

That’s according FCUpdate, who say Rangers and RC Lens are the latest two clubs show interest in the 22-year-old.

The winger managed eight goals and eight assists last season for the Dutch club, who were relegated from the Eredivisie.

Driouech has attracted interest from PSV, but they have to battle it out with Rangers and the French club for his signature.

PSV showed keen interest in the Moroccan in the winter market before Excelsior blocked the move. They are back in the mix to sign him, but their €2m bid wasn’t enough to convince.

The Eredivisie winners are yet to find an agreement with Excelsior Rotterdam. They have to be wary of the competition from Rangers and Lens as these two have set their sights on the attacker.

FCUpdate say both Philippe Clement’s side and Lens have ‘already expressed interest’ in the player. They add Rangers have also set their sights on Driouech’s compatriot, Hamza Igamane, who currently represents Moroccan side AS FAR.
