Former Swansea City manager Francesco Guidolin may not stay unemployed for too long, after all.
According to the Italian newspaper Tuttosport, the Italian boss is one of the men who could be considered to replace Frank de Boer at Inter Milan.
With five losses after ten games, the Dutch manager is living a nightmare during his first month at the club and could be sacked soon, with some reports from Italy saying he could be leaving in case of a defeat to Southampton tomorrow.
Described by Tuttosport as an ‘Interista’, Guidolin is one of the few Italians who are free to be signed, alongside Stefano Pioli.
Managers like Louis van Gaal and Marcelo Bielsa could also be options, but Inter would be afraid that the lack of knowledge about Italian football could be a difficulty for them, just like it was for De Boer.
Former Brazilian midfielder Leonardo, who managed Inter between 2010 and 2011, is another name on the list.
