West Ham United have become the latest Premier League side to include Torino star Raoul Bellanova in their target list, according to Tuttosport.
The right-back has scored a goal and registered five assists from 30 games and his form helped him receive his first Italy call-up for this international break.
At the same time, a few English clubs have been keeping close tabs on the 23-year-old and West Ham are now added to this list.
Aston Villa and Manchester United already watched the player earlier in the season, and the Hammers had a scout watch him closely against Udinese last weekend.
David Moyes has Vladimir Coufal and Ben Johnson as his two right-backs. The duo have deals expiring at the end of this season, with West Ham having an option to extend the Czech Republic international’s deal for another year.
Tuttosport believe the London club will sign at least one right-back in the summer and then state that Bellanova’s ‘name stands out at the top of the shortlist’ of targets.
Torino paid €7m to buy the fullback from Cagliari last summer.
The report states they need at least €25m to part ways with Bellanova and the price could rise if he were to make his debut for Italy and represent them at the Euros.
