Omar Marmoush would ‘immediately agree’ to join Liverpool if they make a serious move for him in the coming months.
That’s according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, who reports that Liverpool are a ‘serious option’ for the forward and have been in contact with his camp.
Marmoush has been persistently linked with a move away from Eintracht Frankfurt in the last few weeks after another impressive start to the season in Germany.
The 25-year-old currently has 10 goals and seven assists in 11 games in all competitions and is well on course to better the impressive tally of 17 goals and six assists he managed in 41 games last season.
Liverpool have regularly been named as admirers for the last year and a report this month even stated a move to Anfield would be a dream come true for him.
Plettenberg backs that up, stating that Marmoush has long dreamed of a move to the Premier League and ‘would immediately agree to join Liverpool’.
They’re a ‘serious option’ for him and showing real interest. Talks with his entourage have already taken place, something Eintracht Frankfurt are aware of.
The German side are currently demanding a transfer fee of between €50-60mm for the player, which may prove to be the only stumbling block as Marmoush is more than keen on any potential switch.
