The Italian media are again bringing Crystal Palace into the picture as a potential destination for Filip Kostic this summer.
JuveLive report Juventus are prepared to let the player go this summer. Indeed, it’s even stated their latest manager, Thiago Motta, has ‘invited’ Kostic to find himself a new club, which is clearly a straight message on his future.
Crystal Palace are ‘on his trail’ according to the report, and the interest has been instigated by Oliver Glasner, with the manager having worked with Kostic at Eintracht Frankfurt.
JuveLive point out Kostic manager just four assists last season, which is the reason Juventus are guiding him towards the exit. However, the season before that he got 12, and in his last full season with Eintracht he managed 15 assists and seven goals.
The 31-year-old has a contract lasting until 2026, and if Crystal Palace interest is genuine then they should be able to pick him up fairly cheaply and easily.
No other potential destinations are named by JuveLive in the report.
