Already interested and coming very close to signing him last January, Everton are trying once again to sign Arnaut Danjuma from Villarreal.
The interest from the Toffees this summer is nothing new, as they have been linked a few times already, but the news that an offer to the player has been made is.
That comes from Gazzetta dello Sport, who cover the Dutchman’s situation, as AC Milan consider a move for him to add some more firepower to their attack.
It’s said the Serie A side will ‘talk today’ with the Spanish club about their forward, whom they considering an ‘attacking joker’, capable of playing across the front three with ease.
The aim would be for Milan to sign him ‘in a few days’, but they do face some competition from Everton, who are mentioned a bit further down.
The Italians are trying to get the player on loan, and are aiming to ‘collect the agreement’ from Villarreal, who want €3m up front, as well as the OK from the player.
That’s when Everton come up, as it’s said the Dutch winger also has ‘a rich offer’ from the Premier League side in front of him.
Something to keep an eye on.
