On July 31st, Tutto Juve reported Juventus will have to battle it out with Fulham to sign Leicester City’s Timothy Castagne. It was also stated the Foxes value him at €15m.

Marco Silva’s side are keen to secure the 27-year-old’s services and have tabled an offer.

That’s according to journalist Alfredo Pedullà, who took to Twitter to say the Leicester player has proposals from Fulham and an unnamed club from France. The details of these offers aren’t mentioned.

The defender wants to wait for the Serie A side’s decision before considering the offers he has received so far. That’s because Juve manager Massimiliano Allegri likes him a lot.

Pedullà has provided additional information on this on his website. He claims that in the last few hours, Fulham have been ‘pressing’ and would like to ‘close the operation’ to sign the Belgium international.

The former Atalanta man wants to leave Leicester after they were relegated from the Premier League last season. His desire is to return to Italy and he’s already held talks with Juve.

According to the journalist, Juventus have asked Castagne to be patient as they currently have other priorities to focus on. He doesn’t mention if Fulham, after making an offer, will continue to wait for the Leicester defender.
