Clearly frustrated at losing out to their arch rivals in the Scottish Premiership, Rangers FC have decided to go all out this summer.

They have been recruiting a few players here and there to give Giovanni van Bronckhorst more options, with the later being Malik Tillman from Bayern Munich.

That’s according to Kicker in Germany, who explain the young USA international ‘worked individually’ on Wednesday in training ahead of a move to Ibrox.

They explain the player ‘didn’t want to injure himself before the upcoming change’, which will see him head to Rangers for the season.

In fact, Tillman is ‘currently having a medical check-up before signing a contract with Rangers in Glasgow’.

The deal taking him to Ibrox will see him head there on loan ‘with an option to buy’, but that doesn’t mean Bayern Munich have given up on him entirely, because the Bundesliga side have ‘secured a buyback option’.

That will be in case Tillman explodes at Rangers and becomes a star there, allowing them to bring him back with ease instead of having to start fresh negotiations with the Scottish side.
