Nottingham Forest are pushing ahead with their efforts to sign Ramon Sosa. The Premier League club have formulated a new offer for the 24-year-old winger.
Journalist Cesar Luis Merlo reports that new offer is made up of a €12.3m fixed fee plus a further €2.3m in potential bonus payments.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are now pushing ahead to complete a transfer and it doesn’t sound like they want to wait around too long.
Talleres are said to be willing to sell the winger, but they want to make as much as possible from the sale. It’s not made clear whether the Argentine club have rejected the offer, although it wouldn’t be a surprise if they try once more to push Nottingham Forest higher.
Ramon Sosa is a Paraguay international and has played 21 games so far this season, scoring seven goals and contributing six assists. His appearances have all come on the left wing.
He has a contract with Talleres lasting until December 2026.
