Nottingham Forest have joined the race for Inter Milan defender Robin Gosens, who will be allowed to leave for €15m this summer.
That’s according to FC Inter News, who say the Champions League finalists ‘would be willing’ to let the former Atalanta player leave if they receive an offer in that range.
Several sides have already shown an interest in the German defender, with Union Berlin, Bournemouth and Wolfsburg among his suitors.
Nottingham Forest can now be added to that list, having recently ‘emerged’ as one of the contenders for his signature.
They’re on the hunt for a new left-back after Renan Lodi returned to Atletico Madrid from his loan spell, with Nottingham Forest electing not to take up an option to sign him permanently.
Their chances of getting the defender have been boosted by the fact that he has ‘no preference’ in terms of where he goes next. Instead, he will instead consider where is best in terms of the sporting and likely economic factors involved.
Inter are more than happy to let him go either way and are already targeting a replacement in the form of Monza’s Carlos Augusto.
