Nottingham Forest to close deal in ‘next few hours’ – Ready to fly to England

Nottingham Forest have made advances in their pursuit of Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenković, according to multiple claims from Italy.

The defender joined the Serie A side in 2017, and is now ‘increasingly closer’ to making a switch to Nottingham Forest.

That’s according to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who states Fiorentina are preparing to part ways with the 26-year-old this summer.

Di Marzio says La Viola lawyers and the Reds are working to sort out the details and the deal will be closed for €12m plus bonuses on Tuesday.

It’s claimed Nottingham Forest and Fiorentina have ‘almost defined’ the deal for around €12m plus €3m bonuses. The Premier League side will offer a five-year deal to the centre-back, offering the same salary he’s currently receiving in Italy.

TMW add the player seems ‘ready to fly to England’, indicating that the two clubs are on the verge of ironing out the last details of this operation.
