Norwich City winger Jonathan Rowe has arrived in Marseille to undergo a medical with the French side and complete his transfer to the club.

That’s according to journalist Sébastien Denis, who provides a photo of the Norwich man with Marseille fans heading to his medical.

Reports yesterday stated that Marseille had finally struck an agreement with Norwich for Rowe, agreeing to sign him on a loan dal with a purchase obligation included.

The French side will initially pay €2m and buy Rowe permanently for €14.5m next summer.

Those same reports indicated he was already travelling to France for a medical with his new club and he was expected there in the next few hours.

That was yesterday evening and Denis now reports that Rose has arrived in Marseille ahead of undergoing his medical with the French side.

He provides a photo of the Norwich man, via a Marseille fan account, before adding that the winger was heading to his medical.

That would suggest his move from Norwich is now in the final stages, assuming that no complications arise during his examinations.
