Manu Garcia turns 19 years of age today and will be frustrated with how his season has gone so far.
The Manchester City owned attacking midfielder was sent out on loan to Alaves to get more football but as it turns out he’s not been used anywhere near as much as Manchester City will have expected.
That means a change is in the air and Spanish newspaper Marca say the birthday boy is ‘closer and closer’ to making a January switch.
It’s stated there are several proposals from teams to sign Manu Garcia on loan, and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are keen for the youngster to get some experience at the highest level.
Given how poor the Alaves switch worked out for Manu Garcia, and by extension Manchester City, then surely great care will go into the player’s next move at a crucial stage of his career.
Manu Garcia moved to Manchester City from Sporting Gijon in 2014.
