Over the last week or so, various claims from Italy have talked about Manchester United’s interest in Juventus’ Gleison Bremer.
Last Thursday, Tuttosport reported the Red Devils are expected to have a meeting with the Serie A side in the near future. Three days ago, we relayed news that at least €70m is needed to take him away from the Old Lady.
A fresh report from Calciomercato now provides the latest on Manchester United.
The renewal saw the 26-year-old improve his salary and the website states he’s now valued close to €100m.
It’s claimed Juventus technical director Cristiano Giuntoli and everyone else at the club have prepared themselves to receive an offer in this region for the Brazilian.
Bremer’s extension allows Juventus to not accept a lower fee, considering that several top clubs are looking at him. Manchester United and Bayern Munich are the only interested parties named in the report.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who has reached an agreement to buy 25% stake at Manchester United, is waiting for the Premier League to ratify his investment, and will take control of the club’s football operations.
Ratcliffe led INEOS could reshape the Red Devils squad in the summer and will also have to decide who will be part of their new project.
Calciomercato claim Bremer has ‘all the characteristics’ to help Manchester United next season.
