Jordan Torunarigha may not be a name familar to most football fans, but the young defender is highly rated at current club Hertha Berlin.

Bild have an interview with the 19 year old, and the German newspaper are impressed with Torunarigha’s academic effort off the pitch.

Torunarigha has continued his studies despire being a professional footballer in the Bundesliga, and this week he had an English exam, some learning which may come in handy should he get his future dream move to Manchester United.

As part of the interview, Bild asked Torunarigha if he has a dream club besides Hertha, and the youngster was very clear indeed, naming only one.

“Manchester United, it has always been my dream to play at Old Trafford,” said Torunarigha, before adding “Maybe somehow with Hertha.”

Getting there with his current club is probably the defender’s best bet, but if he continues his development then a Manchester United dream isn’t too unreasonable. Torunarigha has represented Germany at every level from U16 to U20, and if players are going to dream about the biggest clubs, then having that kind of youth career helps.
