Barcelona are the club that ‘seduces’ Sergio Aguero the most this summer when he leaves Manchester City.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who say the striker has held new contacts with those in charge at the Camp Nou about a possible move.
They explain that the option of signing the Argentine remains on the table and those in charge at Barça continue to ‘analyse the operation’.
They believe he is a good low-cost option for them, and they are still ‘contemplating’ a move, while Aguero is keen on it, despite having alternative options.
This is something Mundo Deportivo have been able to confirm as well as the fact that talks have ‘taken place in the last few days’.
At Barcelona, they insist the talks with the Manchester City icon are normal as they want to know his intentions, and it would be abnormal for them not to at least hold talks.
The problem for Aguero is Ronald Koeman. The Dutch coach would prefer to sign Memphis Depay, but his arrival would depend on the manager remaining in charge long term.
Those in charge of the club are not so sure about a move for the Lyon forward and so have instead turned their attention to Manchester City and Aguero.
