Turkish newspaper Takvim report Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Altinordu’s young central defender Ravil Tagir, along with Fenerbahce.

The 17 year old Turkish defender, who’s been dubbed the new Caglar Soyuncu, has been in excellent form for the Izmir side this season, making 27 appearances in all competitions.

His performances have caught the attention of Fenerbahce, however, Takvim report Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are also closely following the player’s situation and could make an offer for him in the summer.

After the reported interest from Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund, the Fenerbahce board have decided to act quickly and will make an offer in the near future.

The Turkish U17 international is a left-footed central defender and one of his main characteristics is his ability to pass out from the back.

It’s conceivable Manchester City could sign him and then send him on loan elsewhere.

Tagir’s contract at Altinordu will expire at the end of June 2022.
