Manchester City are expected to send French forward David Faupala on loan this season.
The 19-year-old made his debut for Manchester City last season in a 5-1 defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup.
On Wednesday, according to French newspaper L’Equipe, Manchester City have agreed to send Faupala on loan to Eerste Divisie club NAC Breda.
The Dutch club don’t have the option to make the deal permanent at the end of the loan spell. L’Equipe say several Ligue 2 clubs including Auxerre and Tours were in contact to sign Faupala on loan, but it now appears he’s heading to the Netherlands.
Faupala has another couple of years left on his contract, and has been a key player for the reserve team.
The French forward signed for City at the start of last season on a free transfer from RC Lens, and has represented French national youth teams.
