Fotospor claim Besiktas manager Sergen Yalcin has identified the problems in his squad and the Turkish coach will look to solve these for next season.

One of the issues according to the Turkish website is that the Super Lig club is lacking goals from the wide attacking areas and Besiktas have reportedly identified two options to solve that, with one of them being Aston Villa’s Trezeguet.

The Egyptian winger joined Aston Villa from Turkish Super Lig side Kasimpasa last summer for €11m after impressing for the Istanbul side. According to Fotospor, Besiktas could make a loan offer for him if Villa are relegated from the Premier League this season.

The other option is said to be Sivasspor’s Emre Kilinc, who has been one of the best performers in the Turkish Super Lig this season and will become a free agent at the end of the season.

Trezeguet has made 31 appearances for Dean Smith’s side this season in all competitions and scored four goals.

His contract at Villa Park will expire at the end of June 2023.
