On January 18th, Anthony Martial’s agent Philippe Lamboley told RMC Sport in France that only ‘some details’ are remaining for the forward to sign a contract extension at Manchester United.

When it comes to news about the France international, journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi has been highly reliable and has been on point in the past.

Bouhafsi has now come up with a latest update for RMC Sport as they claim the former AS Monaco man and the 20-time English champions have found a ‘total agreement’ to extend the contract at Old Trafford.

Martial will now sign a five-year deal with the Red Devils and that will keep him at the club until 2024. The report further goes on to claim that the player will put pen to paper before Friday.

This will come as good news forManchester  United fans, especially after Lamboley revealed last summer that Martial wanted to leave the Premier League giants.

Things have clearly changed a lot.
