This morning, Sport Witness published a story pointing out that Manchester United made initial contacts for the signing of Brazilian star Richarlison.
The Red Devils, along with Real Madrid, are one of the clubs who included the 24-year-old’s name in a shopping list for the summer window.
Now it turns out Manchester United’s interest in the player has also been backed up by Brazilian outlet UOL, who today feature an interesting piece on his future.
It’s claimed that the Red Devils were indeed one of the sides who made an approach for Richarlison, who’s expected to leaving Everton at the end of the season.
UOL’s story claims that the player is already working on his departure from the Goodison Park and would like to stay in the Premier League if possible, where Manchester United seem keen to welcome him.
The Toffees, meanwhile, ‘dream big’ about the transfer, and should request €80m for the move.
That price would drop in case of relegation, something the Merseyside club will be looking to avoid as best they can in the coming weeks.
