Jarrel Quansah hasn’t exactly been a key part of Liverpool’s first-team this season.
He’s played 22 times in all competitions and has featured only ten times in the Premier League, seeing less than 300 minutes.
His prominence has reduced since last season and now there is a possibility of him leaving in the summer transfer window and interest in the centre-back is rising.
SpazioInter have reported that Inter Milan see the Englishman as a potential replacement for Yann Bisseck.
The German has potential suitors in the Premier League and the Bundesliga and if Inter earn a significant sum, they will look to use it to sign Quansah from Liverpool.
The outlet believe that the 22-year-old would fit in very well to Simone Inzaghi’s system at Inter and the Nerazzurri have been alarmed by the fact that the defender isn’t playing as much as he would like.
The indication is that in the summer, the Reds ‘could consider selling’ the youth graduate for a fee of about €20m.
It remains to be seen if Inter can afford that figure but Bisseck’s sale can make it all happen.
