Leicester City seem to be having some difficulties in their chase for Inter Milan midfielder Stefano Sensi.
Outlet FcInterNews today writes there’s a ‘total standby’ between the clubs, possibly because of the price for the transfer.
It’s said Inter Milan are requesting between €2m and €3m, and have been very clear about it, while Leicester City are still to place their formal bid.
The outlet sounds sure that Leicester City are interested in the signing, as Enzo Maresca is said to be his ‘first supporter’, but the Foxes have to sell before buying.
Furthermore, there is a doubt is about paying the fee to get his signing guaranteed now or wait until the summer to land him as a free agent, as his contract with Inter Milan expires at the end of the season.
It’s said there’s still confidence that the deal will go through, though, although that’s only expected to take place after the Super Cup, which is being played on Friday.
