In recent days, doubts have emerged about the future of Leicester City defender Caleb Okoli.

His agent Alessandro Barison has given an indication that the player’s future at the King Power is not secure and the list of potential suitors for him is now growing quickly.

Il Resto del Carlino have reported that the Italian is now an option for Bologna as well, with the player having been ‘proposed’ to the club in recent days.

Bologna are looking for a centre-back this month and even yesterday there was an indication that the 23-year-old is on the Serie A club’s shortlist.

This comes after Cagliari saw Okoli as a potential signing, and they seem to want him on a dry loan deal in the January transfer window.

Interest from Parma has also been reported, with the club having sold Woyo Coulibaly to Leicester City some days ago.

There has been an indication that the Foxes’ move for the full-back could ease Okoli’s move to Parma but no attempt has been made yet despite initial contact.

Leicester City signed the defender from Atalanta in the summer transfer window but he’s had limited game time under Ruud van Nistelrooy.

He is yet to start even once in the Premier League under the Dutchman, playing only 48 minutes so far. Considering that, it will not a surprise if the player’s entourage is seeking an exit.
