Fotomaç state Leeds want to sign the 30-year-old, on condition of returning to the Premier League next season.
It’s claimed a Leeds United representative has held a meeting with the former Chelsea man’s agent and also received information about his situation at the Istanbul club.
The Belgium international has managed 22 goals and three assists this season, including six goals in his last eight league matches. He was expected to leave in the summer, but his recent form has convinced the Yellow Canaries to change their stance.
Fotomaç state Fenerbahçe had an option to extend his contract for another year and have exercised that. They have also invited his agent to Istanbul, to extend the Leeds target’s contract until 2027.
Batshuayi’s wishes will be paramount of course, and his agent wouldn’t be meeting other clubs if there was no interest in a move.
