Leeds United are still looking to add players to their squad, with days to go before the transfer window slams shut.
Dejan Ljubičić has been a name linked with the Whites for weeks now and it seems as if there is an increasing pressure from Germany for Leeds to make a renewed offer.
Kicker state today that there is an offer of €4m on the table from Leeds but that isn’t enough. There is interest from Daniel Farke in making the move possible, with the player currently considering an exit.
Only what has been described as a ‘lucrative’ fee could see Ljubičić leave Koln, but Leeds aren’t yet ready to pay for it.
Wolfsburg are an interested party and through that mention of the Bundesliga side, the outlet is essentially putting pressure on Leeds to improve their offer and sign the 26-year-old midfielder.
Koln, it is stated, are not thrilled about selling the player and that is precisely why a big fee might be needed to sign the midfielder.
