Fenerbahçe have been offered an opportunity to sign Manchester United forward Anthony Martial, according to Haber Global. He has a contract expiring in 2024, with an option for another year.

It’s claimed agent Erkan Sulejmani has offered the player to the Yellow Canaries and also conveyed to them that he can get him out of Manchester United on a free transfer.

Haber Global say the 27-year-old currently earns €7m per year and has demanded a three-year deal worth €5m per year from the Turkish club. In addition to this, he has also requested €4m as a signing bonus, presumably because his agent believes there’s the chance of free agent status.

Fenerbahçe are negotiating a deal for Marseille’s Cengiz Ünder and the Frenchman has been identified as a backup option to him.

The report states the Yellow Canaries have informed the former Monaco man that they would consider signing him if a deal for Ünder doesn’t materialise.

Last season, the Frenchman struggled with multiple injuries, restricting him to 29 games. He scored nine goals and registered three assists in the process.

It’s to be noted Sulejmani doesn’t manage the Manchester United attacker. Should the claims be true then it looks like he’s working to try and build a deal, but claiming he can secure a free transfer feel a little optimistic, to say the least.
