Nottingham Forest star Anthony Elanga has revealed he’s started using special glasses to help him sleep better and improve his fitness.

SVT cover comments from the winger today as he explained his new look and the effect its having upon him.

The 22-year-old has been a key player for Nottingham Forest this season as they push to qualify for the Champions League.

He currently has five goals and eight assists in 29 Premier League games to date and heads into this international break with a double in the 4-2 win over Ipswich. They were his first goals since Boxing Day, but he had managed six assists in that time.

Its prompted a return to the Sweden squad, with the winger rebuilding bridges with Jon Dahl Tomasson and his team after a previous falling out.

Things are going well for the 22-year-old, who is flourishing under Nuno Espirito Santo’s leadership at Nottingham Forest and he’s finally living up to the potential that had him once considered a talent for the future at Manchester United.

He’s now turned up to this international break wearing special glasses, something he’s revealed is part of a new fitness regime.

“It helps me sleep,” he said when asked about them.

“It’s important to keep an eye on your body, especially when you play so many matches. I am my own stylist.”
