Hamilton assistant coach Guillaume Beuzelin certainly isn’t of the mind that everyone in the Scottish Premiership should be backing Celtic against PSG.

On Friday evening, Beuzelin saw his Hamilton side beaten 4-1 at home by Celtic, with goals from Stuart Armstrong, Scott Sinclair and Odsonne Edouard, and a solitary reply from Alex Gogic.

It’s that reply which Hamilton’s coach feels could be crucial for PSG, in pinpointing Celtic’s weak-links.

On Craig Gordon, Beuzelin explained: “He’s not very safe when he comes out: on Friday, we scored our only goal from a set piece and, at the time, he badly anticipated the ball’s trajectory. And Gordon takes a lot of risks in his foot play. Against St. Johnstone, he went directly to the feet of an opposing attacker, and he conceded a goal.”

Celtic’s Mikael Lustig was also singled out by the Hamilton man: “He is very big and quite slow. When he finds himself face to face with dribblers like Neymar, he risks being eliminated in one-on-ones.”

PSG know they’ll be up against a stadium as well as a team tonight in Glasgow, but Neymar’s excellent record against Celtic is helping to build French confidence ahead of the match.

It’s one PSG expect to win, and one Brendan Rodgers’ men simply have to get a result in if they’ve any chance of qualifying from the group.
