Supersport Kosovo journalist Arlind Sadiku claims Greek giants Olympiacos are close to reaching an agreement to sign Huddersfield Town right back Florent Hadergjonaj.

The 26 year old, who spent the last season on loan at Super Lig club Kasimpasa, looks set for a move to the Greek champions, and Sadiku says the player has reached an agreement over personal terms.

It’s reported Olympiacos and Huddersfield Town are also discussing a transfer fee for the Kosovo international and a deal now looks close.

Olympiacos are in the market for a right-back this summer after losing their captain Omar Elabdellaoui to Galatasaray on a free transfer. The Greek giants have also signed Brazilian Rafinha in this transfer window.

Hadergjonaj made 13 appearances for Kasimpasa last season. His contract with the Terriers will expire at the end of June 2021, but with the Yorkshire club set for another season in the Championship they could look to offload him this summer.
