Everton, Nottingham Forest and West Ham are likely to face disappointment in their move for Juventus’ Federico Gatti.

There were doubts about the defender’s future in Turin amidst speculation regarding his new deal at Juventus.

Those doubts are now starting to go away with TuttoSport providing an update on the centre-back.

They state that Everton, West Ham and Nottingham Forest have been on the trail of the Italy international for quite some time.

All three Premier League clubs have tried to enter the situation and take advantage of the contractual dilemma. They are guaranteeing more money than what Juventus can pay but their attempts are likely to fail.

Gatti believes that money isn’t everything and he would rather stay at Juventus and compete consistently at the highest level than earn more at Nottingham Forest, Everton or West Ham.

His decision is made and the outlet believe that a new deal is close, with the Azzurri player ready to sign a contract that will end in 2030. There will be an option to extend it till 2031 as well.
