Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is again back on Juventus’ radar.

Wojciech Szczęsny is currently first-choice keeper at the Turin club, but the Pole hasn’t been convincing with his performances this season.

According to Fichajes.net, the Old Lady are in favour of replacing him next summer and or at least making him the second choice custodian for the 2022/23 season. This is where the former Athletic Club Bilbao man fits in, as the Serie A side plan to replace Szczęsny with the Blues keeper.

It’s claimed Massimiliano Allegri wants to reinforce the squad after this campaign and for the goalkeeping position, they have ‘thought about’ the Blues player.

Kepa, for his part, has lost the number one spot at the west London club to Edouard Mendy.

Thomas Tuchel has handed him only three appearances this season. The situation could make the Spain international look for a new club next term and this is where Juve ‘would come into action’ to take him.

Fichajes.net state Juve’s ‘interest that goes way back’ as they have long been interested in the 27-year-old, and considered signing him in the past.

It’s said Kepa is now back on Juventus agenda and they ‘insist on signing’ him, but only next summer. There’s a long way to go before that.
