Everton signed Ademola Lookman from Charlton Athletic in 2017 and he spent the second half of last season on loan at RB Leipzig, where he scored five times and registered three assists in 12 league appearances.
Since returning to the Merseyside club, Marco Silva has handed him only three starts in the league and he’s been called from the bench on 10 occasions.
Geoffrey Moncada left AS Monaco for AC Milan and he’s chief scout of the Serie A outfit.
According to Calciomercato, Moncada has held the profile of three players with ‘high esteem’ for next summer and Lookman is one of them.
The Italian club’s chief executive Ivan Gazidis wants to change Milan’s transfer policy and Moncada has been tasked to find young and talented players, who can be the right fit at the San Siro.
It’s explained that Milan will continue to monitor Lookman carefully until the end of the season and if he manages to impress them, then the Rossoneri could consider making an approach for the winger after this season.
