It seems Besiktas and Chelsea could soon enter negotiations for some summer transfers.

An interesting story from Fotospor today reveals that officials from the Turkish clubs have just held a meeting with people from the Blues about potential moves.

Besiktas president Hasan Arat initially went to London for a basketball match, but ended up having dinner with people from Chelsea.

It’s recalled that when running for presidency at the Turkish side, Arat made it clear he’s ‘close friends’ with Todd Boehly, who’d work with him on transfers.

Fotospor points out that Malang Sarr had been offered by Chelsea at the start of the season, and even though that transfer was declined by manager Samet Aybaba, there are new possibilities on the way.

The outlet doesn’t seem to have exact information on who could be on the way to Besiktas. It’s pointed out that players like Cesare Csadei, Trevoh Chalobah and Christopher Nkunku have been struggling to get minutes, while the likes of Armando Broja, Ian Maatsen and Datro Fofana are all out on loan spells.
