Over the past two months or so, there have been a number of stories claiming that Fulham and Leeds United are interested in El Chadaille Bitshiabu.
The young defender, currently contracted at Paris Saint-Germain, is widely seen as one of the more promising talents in his position in France, already towering over most professionals with his impressive height.
Not only that, but the Ligue 1 side would be willing to sell him this summer if the right offer came in, which will be a boost for both Leeds and Fulham, according to Foot Mercato.
They are targeting the PSG youngster as they know they will lose Evan Nick on a free, and the French club ‘aren’t opposed’ to letting him go for €15m, even if they are trying to renew him.
This would be an affordable fee for clubs such as Fulham and Leeds, especially if the latter manage to avoid the drop back to the Championship; something that is not an issue in the slightest for the Craven Cottage side.
Whether they do go after him remains to be seen, but it’s clear Eintracht are going to be stiff competition for Javi Gracia and Marco Silva in the weeks and months to come.
