On December 10th, Mino Raiola said Erling Haaland ‘can go to’ Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona or Paris Saint-Germain next summer.

A day later, the super-agent told Gerard Romero he used Barca as an example, while also opening the door for Liverpool and a few other clubs to sign the Borussia Dortmund star.

Manchester United have also been linked repeatedly over the past year or so, with Ralf Rangnick a fan of the player, and him having developed his talent under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Despite Raiola mentioning the Reds as a potential option for the striker, reports have mainly named Pep Guardiola’s side, PSG and the two La Liga clubs. Last week, AS stated the 21-year-old prefers to join Real Madrid over other clubs in the next window.

Bild have interviewed former Netherlands international Ruud Gullit to get his views on where the BVB frontman could end up next. The Dutchman is of the belief a move to Anfield will benefit the Norway international because of the presence of Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp.

“I see him in England but I don’t think he goes to Manchester United. City would be good for him because of Pep Guardiola. But Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool would also be great,” Gullit said.

“What Jürgen has done with this club is unbelievable. You just have to love him and he’s always hungry. That suits Haaland. In Spain only Real is an option. These are the three clubs that will be in the running for Erling.”

Haaland has impressed for Dortmund this season, managing 23 goals and six assists from 20 matches in all competitions.
