Royale Union Saint-Gilloise star Mohamed Amoura ‘could soon’ move to Wolverhampton Wanderers, according to Fennec Football.
The Algeria international has been one of standout players for the Jupiler Pro League side this season, scoring 17 goals and registering two assists from 24 games.
It’s said the striker could become his compatriot Rayan Aït-Nouri’s teammate at Wolves.
The Premier League side’s style under Gary O’Neil’s orders can be a ‘perfect fit’ for the 23-year-old and the manager could exploit his ‘exceptional’ pace, if the player were to arrive at Molineux.
Matheus Cunha has been the first-choice striker at Wolves this season, with Fábio Silva and Saša Kalajdžić as his back-ups.
The latter two haven’t yet managed to shine while Hee-chan Hwang, who was mainly used on the wings, has been deployed up front on a few occasions.
Taking the current options available for O’Neil, Fennec Football suggest Wolves could be well suited for Amoura.
The outlet believes picking Wolves ‘could prove to be a strategic decision’ for Amoura and they would provide him with a ‘perfect platform’ to showcase his qualities.
