Spanish journalist Gerard Romero is once again bringing entertainment for Barcelona fans with the latest transfer news at the club. And one of the topics is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s potential transfer to Chelsea.
On Twitter, he reports that officials from the Catalan side are having a meeting right now with the striker’s agents. They’re said to be ‘closing’ the player’s departure to Stamford Bridge.
The conditions for that to happen are quite simple: the Blues must accept Barcelona’s latest counter-offer, which was €25m plus €3m or €5m in bonuses.
Aumabeyang’s move to Chelsea is just one of the departures being worked on by the Catalan side at this time, as they are also seeing Samuel Umtiti and Memphis Depay leave the Camp Nou.
