Davinson Sánchez can leave Tottenham this summer and has as many as four clubs, including PSV Eindhoven.
That’s according to Voetbal International and Eindhovens Dagblad, who both say the defender is being eyed by the Dutch club.
VI report that PSV ‘shows interest’ in Sánchez, who is ‘allowed to leave’ Tottenham this summer and has various clubs ‘eager’ to make a move for him.
According to their information the defender is seen as an ‘interesting player’ by those in charge of PSV and a move would make sense as it would reunite him with Peter Bosz, who he worked well under at Ajax.
He was a part of the Ajax squad which reached the Europa League final in 2017 and a reunion would make sense given that strong working relationship.
The newspaper states the ‘transfer game’ around Sánchez opened earlier this summer when Galatasaray made a bid for him, while Spartak Moscow are also keen.
PSV have added their name to the list butt getting him could be difficult as they’ve already invested a lot of money in Noa Lang and Ricardo Pepi already.
ED, meanwhile, name both Galatasaray and Spartak as suitors and add Villarreal into the mix, with all keen as ‘he can leave’ Tottenham in this window.
They’ve set a €10m asking price on the player and know that Sánchez has ‘the choice of clubs’, which would make a transfer to PSV ‘seem like a small miracle’ given the defender’s salary demands.
Getting Sánchez is something of a ‘long shot’ for the Dutch club because of that but those in charge at the club are looking at the possibility of getting the former Ajax man.
They could make their move if players, such as Ibrahim Sangaré, were to leave and free up funds in the budget to then invest elsewhere.
