Brighton & Hove Albion manager Roberto De Zerbi may have announced that Julio Enciso is out of the game against Burnley at Turf Moor tomorrow, but it seems the midfielder won’t be sidelined for long.
Journalist Andrés Rolón, from Paraguayan radio Universo, took to Twitter to claim that the 20-year-old will soon be fit to play again.
The reporter makes it clear that Enciso is ‘not injured’, as the Brighton player is just carrying a ‘muscle strain’.
It’s claimed that even though the player will miss the game against Burnley, he should be available for the Seagulls’ next fixture in the Premier League.
Following the visit to the Clarets, Brighton will be playing Manchester City at home, and could surely count on Enciso’s help to try and beat Pep Guardiola’s side.
Enciso had a big strugle with fitness this season, as a meniscus tear left him out of most of the Seagulls’ game so far. He was injured in August and only got back in February, and is still fighting to have some actual impact on the team. It’s been ten games with no goals and just two assists for him.
