Inter Milan and Juventus have Brentford full-back Michael Kayode in their sights ahead of the January transfer window.
That’s according to Calciomercato.it. They report that the Italian duo are looking ahead to next season and have the Brentford star in their sights.
The pair are planning ahead for next year. But they are also looking to understand what moves could be made in the January transfer window as well.
The common name in their notebooks is Kayode. He joined Brentford in an €18m deal last January and has been impressing for them ever since. The belief is that the has ample room to grow and could fix the problems Inter and Juventus have on their right flanks.
His profile certainly fits the ‘technical and economical’ requirements, the latter specifically when it comes to salary, that have been laid out by the club’s top management.
But there is no indication that Burnley would make Kayode available. He has a contract with them until 2030. There’s also a ‘quite significant’ valuation of €30m as well.
They’re enough to keep Inter and Juventus at arm’s length for now. They’re simply monitoring Kayode for the time being, ready to make a move in the coming months if they can.
