As Tottenham Hotspur try to convince Antonio Conte to stay at the club for one more season, the English media recently released a list of players the club are working to sign.
Two of those targets are Brazilians. They’re Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus and Torino’s Bremer, both wanted by several European sides this summer.
It turns out that as Globo Esporte talks about this list, which was originally written by The Telegraph, the Brazilian outlet managed to confirm some information regarding two players.
GE backs up that Tottenham went after both Jesus and Bremer. Still, Spurs are said to be underdogs in the race for both players.
Regarding Gabriel Jesus, it’s said Arsenal are leading the pursuit to land him. As he looks for a way out of Manchester City, his agents are in England for a ‘decisive week’ regarding his future.
On Bremer, all Globo Esporte says is that it’s currently Inter Milan who are the ‘favourites’ to land the defender.
So to please Conte, it seems Tottenham will need a boost in both chases.
