Anderlecht’s highly rated youngster Dennis Praet is expected to leave the club this summer, with just one year remaining on his contract with the Belgian club.
The 22-year-old was linked was linked with a move to Juventus and Liverpool in the winter transfer window, but it seems interest from the Merseyside club has cooled down.
Several other Premier League clubs have also been linked to the attacking midfielder, and there’s a strong possibility he could be heading to England this summer.
Sevilla have reportedly already agreed a four-year contract with Praet, but Anderlecht have rejected their bid of €7.5m.
Southampton could pay a higher a transfer fee, if they’re genuinely interested in signing Praet, but with nobody yet to be named as Ronald Koeman’s replacement things are expected to go slow
