CA Osasuna’s Flavien Enzo Boyomo has reportedly ended up on Aston Villa’s transfer agenda.
The centre-back arrived at the La Liga side from Real Valladolid in the summer window and has made 13 league appearances this season.
Super Deporte say the 23-year-old has been one of ‘revelations’ of La Liga and that has seen him catch Aston Villa’s attention.
Their title says Unai Emery ‘fishes’ in Osasuna, as their way of indicating teh manager is considering the Frenchman for his side.
Aston Villa signed Pau Torres from Villarreal in July 2023 and have now identified Boyomo as their ‘next target’ from Spain. The two defenders are represented by the same agency. This should make it easier for the Villans, if they want to sign the Osasuna star.
There are other unnamed clubs who could make an attempt to sign Boyomo. His contract lasts until 2029, and the report says it includes a €25m release clause.
Although the clause is not cheap, Super Deporte state it’s ‘more than affordable’ for Aston Villa.
Osasuna invested €5m on Boyomo and would be in contention to make a huge profit, if they decide to sell him for €25m.
