Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers scouts will be attendance when Galatasaray host Bayern Munich in the Champions League tie on October 24th.
That’s according to FotoSpor, who state the Turkish champions have received requests from the Gunners, Wolves and several other teams to be in Istanbul for the European clash.
Arsenal and Wolves will join four more Premier League sides to send their officials on a scouting mission.
The outlet suggests that Arsenal, Wolves and 16 other European teams that have already submitted request to be in Istanbul, would be there to monitor Galatasaray’s Sacha Boey, Victor Nelsson, Kerem Aktürkoğlu, Abdülkerim Bardakcı and Barış Alper.
FotoSpor state both Arsenal and Wolves plan to send two observers each to Istanbul, and the latter want to pay special attention to the 23-year-old Frenchman. In fact, the report explains that Gary O’Neil’s side can offer ‘serious’ money to Galatasaray to sign Boey.
Mikel Arteta’s side were credited with an interest in the right-back in the last window, and back in June, Boey admitted he was flattered to be linked with the north London club and also talked about his desire to play in the Premier League in the future.
Boey has one assist from 15 games this season for Galatasaray.
