Arsenal have included Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny in their target list for the summer window, at least according to Tutto Juve.

The Poland international spent 11 years at Arsenal before leaving them permanently for the Serie A side in 2017.

Szczęsny has a year left on his deal, and the Gunners are in the picture to sign him.

Last summer, David Raya joined the north London club from Brentford on loan and cemented his place at the Emirates in the recently concluded season.

Aaron Ramsdale has dropped down the pecking order and recent claims in the UK have stated that he could leave Arsenal. This has seen them look for a new goalkeeper and the report says Arsenal are targeting Szczęsny.

It’s claimed Juventus are aiming to earn €5m from his sale and this is affordable for Mikel Arteta’s side. The 34-year-old also has interest from Al-Nassr and a move there would allow him to significantly improve his wages.

He seems to have decided to move to Saudi Arabia, but whether the Arsenal option truly existed is surely questionable.
