Arsenal and Leicester are keeping an eye on one of AC Milan’s young up and coming forwards, according to Foot Mercato.
The French website, using their own information, report on Friday afternoon that Claudio Ranieri and Arsène Wenger have been following the progress of Juvenal Junior Agnero.
The 18-year-old, born in Ivory Coast, who describes himself as ‘strong physically, liking to dribble and scoring goals’, moved to Italy when he was 10-11, where he joined the Insubria Calcio academy before moving to AC Milan a few years later.
However, the youngster has currently been pushed to one side by Sinisa Mihajlovic due to contractual issues, meaning English clubs could be in luck.
Foot Mercato claim both Leicester and Arsenal, alongside Bournemouth, Watford, Schalke and Tours in France have all declared a certain amount of interest for the striker, which will please Agnero, considering his favoured destination is be the Premier League.
With a contract running out in June 2017, the Gunners and the Foxes may get the opportunity to bring the youngster to the Emirates and the King Power Stadium respectively for free if he decides to wait for a transfer in the summer.
That is, of course, unless AC Milan give him the deal he wants before then.
