Arsenal are one of the clubs interested in Corinthians midfielder Gabriel Moscardo, according to claims from Brazil.
The youngster has been drawing big attention from Europe recently, with Chelsea reportedly placing a couple of bids for his transfer.
Barcelona were also linked this week, and that’s the reason journalist Jorge Nicola now shares a story on the whole situation.
The reporter managed to speak to one of the player’s agents who, at first, claimed that there’s nothing from the Camp Nou side so far, as the only club who made bids were Chelsea.
The same representative came up with a list of some European clubs who’ve been ‘analysing’ Moscardo. Those are Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Arsenal.
It’s not yet clear how advanced the Gunners interest is, but it’s clear they’re still to make a concrete move for the signing.
Arsenal just need to be aware that Chelsea already offered €20m and €23m, with both bids being rejected by Corinthians, so it becomes clear that the 17-year-old won’t be a cheap signing next year.
