Federico Pastorello is one of the most respected agents in European football and has helped an impressive list of clients further their career and, of course, get the best deals available to them.
There’s still plenty of football left in the 32 year old Argentine and Roma are one of the clubs to have been linked. LaRoma24 contacted Pastorello and asked if the Italian club have revived their interest, to which the agent answered: “Honestly, I’m not aware.”
Pressed on when the last contacts happened with Roma for Zabaleta, Pastorello replied: “The last contact with Roma is dating back to last season.”
It seems clear that right now Roma aren’t working to sign the Manchester City defender and whilst that could change between now and the summer, other tracks could be likelier.
