Radu Dragusin’s agent Florin Manea has again played down any talk of an exit from Tottenham in the January transfer window.
Tutto Juve have an exclusive, short interview with the Tottenham defender’s agent today in which he insists talk of a return to Italy is not coming from the player’s side.
Dragusin has been consistently linked with a potential return to Serie A in the last few weeks as he continues to find himself behind Micky van de Ven and Christian Romero in the Tottenham pecking order.
Napoli were first credited with an interest in him while a report today stated that Juventus were also keen as they seek a replacement for the injured Gleison Bremer.
That report claimed they like Dragusin as he came up through their academy, has starred for Genoa in Serie A already and could be made available on loan by Tottenham in January.
All of those factors would make him an ideal addition to cover for the Brazilian, but it seems any interested parties have not been in touch with Manea or the Tottenham defender as yet.
“He’s coming off a great match against Manchester City, now he’s focused on the rest of the season. He wants to do well with Tottenham,” he said.
“I learn about it from the Italian newspapers, I honestly don’t know anything about it (transfer rumours.)
“With Juventus As far as I’m concerned, there have been no contacts. As always, the final say in these cases will be up to the club he belongs to, but the boy is happy here at Tottenham.”
